The Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel features five enchanting locations for weddings and events of all sizes.

  • Phoenix Grand Ballroom: Located on the third floor, this 28,255 square-foot ballroom features floor-to-ceiling windows, adjustable lighting, flexible floor plans and great views of the St. Marys Balisca and downtown Phoenix.
    [Maximum guests: 2,200. Maximum guests with dance floor: 1,900.]

  • Valley of the Sun Ballroom and Oculus: Located on the second floor, this ballroom features 14,667 square feet of luxurious space, a private foyer with amazing floor-to-ceiling windows, and views of St. Mary’s Basilica and downtown Phoenix. The adjacent Skyline Terrace offers your special guests a lovely outdoor deck for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres prior to your grand entrance as husband and wife.

  • West Valley Overlook: Privately tucked away on the fourth floor of the Hotel, this large patio boasts 6,400 square feet of space for your ceremony or reception. A creative architectural cutout in the west wall offers a view of downtown Phoenix and allows the cool evening breeze to blow gently during your event.

  • Encanto Ballroom: Conveniently located on the second floor, this ballroom offers an intimate environment for smaller receptions. Elegant foyer space directly outside the doors of the ballroom will accommodate your cocktail hour prior to the dinner event.
