the windsingers valley
The Windsingers Valley is the ideal spot for an intimate outdoor wedding. Seating is ampitheater style, allowing guests to be in awe of the magnificent mountain views – think sunset in Scottsdale! – and the rolling hills of our premier golf course. [Maximum guests: 200.]
the rainmakers ballroom
Our intimate Rainmakers Ballroom is our smallest ballroom, and the perfect setting for small to medium-sized groups looking for a room with a view. Your guests will be drawn to its large glass windows and views of our beautiful golf course. And when the time is right, your event can flow out onto an attached patio for cocktails under the stars. [Maximum guests: 300. Maximum guests with dance floor: 120.]
the trailblazers terrace
If you are looking to bring the outside in, then the Trailblazers Terrace may be just the right spot for you. This outdoor location provides the mountain views and starlight ambiance of Windsingers along with the guest accommodations of Rainmakers to create one large reception area just outside of the main resort area. [Maximum guests: 800. Maximum guests with dance floor: 500.]
the herberger ballroom
The Herberger Ballroom is a large, luxurious ballroom inside the first level of the resort. Your guests will feel at home with its warm and cozy details. [Maximum guests: 1500. Maximum guests with dance floor: 600.]
the kierland ballroom
The Kierland Ballroom is our largest ballroom. Not only will it accommodate up to 2,000 guests, but it will wow them with beautiful ceiling lighting and chandeliers, and an excellent culinary program. [Maximum guests: 2000. Maximum guests with dance floor: 1000.]
