The Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa features three enchanting locations for weddings and social gatherings of all sizes:

Coyote Ballroom: Our most intimate ballroom features a spacious, attached patio with views of the Estrella Mountains. This ballroom can accommodate up to 100 guests with a dance floor. The Coyote provides the perfect small wedding location.
Kave Junior Ballroom: Featuring 18’ ceilings and Native American artistic flair, this ballroom in its entirety can accommodate up to 400 guests. Or it may be separated into smaller sections to hold a variety of wedding sizes. Kave (pronouced ka-vay) also features a large attached foyer perfect for cocktail receptions.
Akimel Ballroom: Our most grand ballroom, Akimel can host anywhere from 100 guests to over a thousand. Highlights of Akimel include a spacious foyer leading to our beautiful patios, high ceilings, flexible floorplans, and romantic lighting.

Our Executive Chef, Michael O’Dowd, is the current recipient of the Arizona Stars Award. This honor is presented to the top chef in the valley each year. Chef O’Dowd oversees our extensive wedding menu options and he can also create a custom meal for your special event.
