Offer is valid at participating Starwood Hotels & Resorts in the Southwest. Offer is valid for meetings with a contract signed between June 11, 2007 and December 31, 2007 and held between June 11, 2007 and May 1, 2008. Certain blackout dates apply for each participating property. Please mention Promotion Code CREDIT when submitting RFP. Offer features a choice of triple Starpoints or 5% credit off your master bill (up to $10,000 value). Credit is equal to 5% of the total master billed charges for room revenue only (if group rooms are master billed), discount is not offered on any surcharges, gratuities, taxes and third party charges (such as AV). The discount is applicable to rooms revenue only with the exception of the following properties Westin St. Louis (5% off F&B only), Sheraton Clayton (5% off meeting space and F&B only). St. Regis Hotel, Houston and Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino will provide Triple Points only. Maximum of 60,000 Starpoints may be earned or maximum of a $10,000 credit may be received. Only one bonus will be awarded irrespective of the number of rooms booked or the number of individual meetings held. Starpoints will be awarded at checkout of group and completion of your meeting.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for your Starpoints to post to your account. Not valid with any room blocks or meetings currently booked, under negotiation or that have already occurred. Starwood reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
